Inspirational Father's Day Poetry
What's your usual routine on Father's Day? Some people spend a day out with their dads, doing activities like outdoor camping or fishing. Some people prepare a special outing or go to dinner at expensive restaurants. But most people don't really give Father's Day the time and attention it deserves. Born as a counterpart for Mother's Day in the early 20th century, this holiday celebrates one of the most celebrated men in each person's lives: fathers. So don't just glaze over this opportunity to give thanks to one of the most important people in your life. Give your father something that not just tells him how much he means to you, but something that shows your talent as well. Fathers don't just have one single role; they have plenty of responsibilities to fulfill. Despite that, they still find time to take care of their children. But sometimes their energy just runs out, and they need the life of their loved ones too keep them going. What better way to give your father a little inspiration than by writing him some poetry. For you to do this, it doesn't even have to be Father's day. Inspirational poetry can be appreciated all year round. Think up suitable topics, like events or experiences that you and your father shared together, or maybe your father's unique habits or characteristics. Put your feelings about such times and qualities into poetry. Make it serious or humorous, truly heartfelt, and of course, inspirational for him. Father's day poetry is not something easy to replicate as every father and every family is different all over the world. So whatever you come up with will surely have a very special place in your father's heart. Anything that a child creates for a parent is something they can truly treasure, and using poetry to express your feelings towards your father will not only help him bring out appreciation for you, but more confidence in himself as well, for raising such children that truly care about and are proud of him. Keep your poetry honest and appreciative; fathers need all the encouragement they can get, and giving him such a beautiful reminder will definitely make him feel good about himself. Remember that your father is not perfect, no matter how he seemed (or still seems) like a superhero in your eyes. This simple gift of inspirational poetry will surely renew his energy and make him glad that he is a father of someone who inspires him to be the best father he can be.

Sweet Love Quotes Love has the power to do many things. Love makes us laugh, love makes us cry. Love makes us soar to the heavens; love makes us crash hard back to earth. To love or be loved is one of life's most beautiful things. These quotes will make you remember loves of the pasts and think of loves that are in your life right now. Scripture on Forgiveness
Scripture on Forgiveness Walking the Christian life is not always the easy choice, and it is often hard to find forgiveness in our hearts when we have been wronged or injured in some way. Even those with the greatest of intentions do not automatically feel mercy and forgiveness for others. To forgive is a choice we make by our own will - and is in accordance with God's command. These scriptures on forgiveness will help you better understand what the Bible has to say about forgiveness, and how we must learn to forgive others as the Lord has forgiven us. #1 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right, persevering, and steadfast spirit within me. Cast me not away from Your presence and take not Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation and uphold me with a willing spirit. Psalm 51: 10-12 #2 He who covers and forgives an offense seeks love, but he who repeats or harps on a matter separates even close friends. Proverbs 17: 9 #3 If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7: 14 #3 O Lord, hear! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, give heed and act! Do not delay, for Your own sake, O my God, because Your city and Your people are called by Your name. Daniel 9: 19 #4 For if you forgive people their trespasses [their reckless and willful sins, leaving them, letting them go, and giving up resentment], your heavenly Father will also forgive you. Matthew 6: 14 #5 If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action]. 1 John 1: 9 #6 Behold my affliction and my pain and forgive all my sins [of thinking and doing]. Psalm 25: 18 #7 Then Peter came up to Him and said, Lord, how many times may my brother sin against me and I forgive him and let it go? [As many as] up to seven times? Jesus answered him, I tell you, not up to seven times, but seventy times seven! Matthew 18: 21-22 #8 So also My heavenly Father will deal with every one of you if you do not freely forgive your brother from your heart his offenses. Matthew 18: 35 #9 For I will be merciful and gracious toward their sins and I will remember their deeds of unrighteousness no more. Hebrews 8: 12 #10 He then goes on to say, And their sins and their lawbreaking I will remember no more. Now where there is absolute remission (forgiveness and cancellation of the penalty) of these [sins and lawbreaking], there is no longer any offering made to atone for sin. Hebrews 10: 17-18 #11 Be gentle and forbearing with one another and, if one has a difference (a grievance or complaint) against another, readily pardoning each other; even as the Lord has [freely] forgiven you, so must you also [forgive]. Colossians 3: 13 #12 For You, O Lord, are good, and ready to forgive [our trespasses, sending them away, letting them go completely and forever]; and You are abundant in mercy and loving-kindness to all those who call upon You. Psalm 86: 5 #13 In Him we have redemption (deliverance and salvation) through His blood, the remission (forgiveness) of our offenses (shortcomings and trespasses), in accordance with the riches and the generosity of His gracious favor. Ephesians 1: 7 #14 So let it be clearly known and understood by you, brethren, that through this Man forgiveness and removal of sins is now proclaimed to you. Acts 13: 38 #15 And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your [own] failings and shortcomings and let them drop. Mark 11:25 #16 [The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in Whom we have our redemption through His blood, [which means] the forgiveness of our sins. Colossians 1: 13-14 #17 And you who were dead in trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your flesh (your sensuality, your sinful carnal nature), [God] brought to life together with [Christ], having [freely] forgiven us all our transgressions. Colossians 2: 13 #18 Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is he who has forgiveness of his transgression continually exercised upon him, whose sin is covered. Psalm 32: 1 #19 I acknowledged my sin to You, and my iniquity I did not hide. I said, I will confess my transgressions to the Lord [continually unfolding the past till all is told]--then You [instantly] forgave me the guilt and iniquity of my sin. Psalm 32: 5

Money and Happiness
Buying Happiness for Others - Money and Happiness A lot of people already know the fact that "money can't buy happiness." Yet plenty are still living in a world where the two terms are looked upon as equals. While it is really human nature to crave more and never be satisfied by what you have, there are some ways in which we can use money as a means to provide us with happiness, when used the right way. Being unselfish is one of these ways. Giving to others is one of the main sources and reasons for real, unadulterated joy, so as long as you give without the thought that you will be paid back in time. That would be plain blackmail, holding out for favors from the people you helped. Genuine giving is when you expect nothing in return. Money and happiness work together in this sense that you are not using money to buy happiness just for yourself (in terms of material and sensual satisfaction), but to help others, whether they are in real need or just as a kind gesture. Just be careful not to hold people accountable for the help you give them, or you would very soon be feeling like these people just like you because they can take advantage of you. They say that money is the root of all evil, and evil includes bad thoughts. So giving with strings attached is very much a trigger for such things. Money cannot buy happiness, but it can help us get closer in achieving that ultimate goal. Most people think that they will be satisfied with material gain, but what really brings happiness is the fact that you made another soul happy by being there. Human reaction and interaction are the essential elements in being truly happy, and not the inanimate existence of money and its abilities. Money has to be used in doing good, and happiness follows when you fulfill these results. That's why a lot of people with little to no money of their own are still satisfied and happy with their lives because they still have the ability to make the people around them smile. Money is merely a vehicle in which the essence of happiness can travel and touch others. And when this happens, their flow of happy energy reflects back to you, the giver, and you get to know and experience what real happiness is. Happiness is found in money when it used for the sake of the happiness of others. This is how money and happiness can be found side by side. Sponsors |
